Imagine a cross between Cross Country, Showjumping and Hunting with a dash of Pony club thrown in and you're close to the recipe for The Silver Fox Relays. Take 128 horses in 32 teams who race off against the clock and each other over two mirror image, arena based, Cross country style courses. Run 31 heats and you end up with a winner. This year Honours went the team from The Vale of the White Horse. Along the way you get a thrilling days sport and entertainment for spectator and competitor alike.. and if the sun shines you may just get some great photos... But you can be the judge of that. Here are my highlights from the day..
