Coverage combines a range of formal and informal posed and candid pictures that reflect the atmosphere of your day.
Detailed coverage and picture requirements will be discussed and agreed at our sessions in the run up to the big day. I will then complete a Shooting plan for the day.
This an example of a 2006 shooting plan
1. Brides Home 11.30am
Hair make up, detail pictures of shoes, dress, flowers etc.
Portraits, pairs and groups as required of,
Bride. Bridesmaids, Bride and Family, Bride and Father
2. 12.30pm prior to ceremony
Groom and Best man arriving [with or without Ushers]
Checking the rings,The arrival of guests, Detail of Flowers etc decorating the venue
3. 12.50pm Arrival of Bridal party [Timing traditionally at Brides discretion]
Bride and Father, Arranging the dress, forming up of the bridal procession, entry to the room and first steps down the Aisle.
4. 1.00pm Ceremony
Photography during the ceremony is to some extent at the discretion of the celebrant or registrar, but will include,
Exchange of Rings, First Kiss. The readings.
The signing of the register and the walk down the aisle are always covered.
5. 1.45pm Post Ceremony [At Church and reception venue]
Bride and Groom couple and small group [wedding party] shots in the grounds if there are suitable locations.[This will be discussed and confirmed at the pre wedding visit/rehearsal in consultation with the you.]
Confetti throwing, bridal couple toasting, All larger groups required, respective parents, brothers and sisters etc in accordance with your requirements.
6. 3.00pm Reception Proper
Cutting the cake, Speeches, table decoration details, First dance and candid informal pictures of Bridal party, families and guests enjoying the festivities.
Your plan will contain some or all of these elements and any ideas of your own which you may wish to add.
I will meet with you at least twice prior to the day and we will discuss and agree the exact details to create a coverage that suits.
